Angela Rossitto is a contemporary visual artist based in Melbourne.  Her practice is primarily installation/ sculpture based and she is known for her use of found materials and 'hand craft' techniques such as knitting.  She completed a Bachelor of Visual Art in Fine Art in 1998 at the Queensland College of Art (Griffith University) and has since completed post graduate studies there.  At the close of 2008 she was awarded a MAVA (Masters of Art in Visual Art) with first class Honours.

Since this time she has exhibited widely within Brisbane, interstate and over-seas. She has undertaken a number of residencies, been an award and grant recipient on several occasions, and has been commissioned to produce both individual and collaborative artworks.  As well as her own artistic practice, Angela is also known due to her role as co-director of artist run initiative The Wandering Room.

She is currently a PhD candidate in the School of Art at RMIT in Melbourne.
